Three Rose & Womble represented properties feed the crowd at Tidewater Builder Association’s Homearama
Restaurant night at Homearama is always popular and this year’s edition really brought out the crowds. Rose & Womble is pleased that the three locally owned and operated Suffolk restaurants were able to feed the hungry folks and delight the taste buds.
House # 2 – “The Water’s Edge” built by HDS, hosted the dining crew from Harper’s Table. The Downtown Suffolk eatery featured James River Oysters with a tarragon and butter crumb topping, flaky hand pies filled with either pulled pork barbeque or home-made pimento cheese, and pork belly biscuits with strawberry jam. For dessert they had pumpkin and white chocolate macrons.
House # 3 – “The Isabelle” built by Christopher Kait Construction featured Barbeque Cheddar Meatloaf Sliders from Riverstone Chophouse in the Harbour View Section of North Suffolk. This is an item that the restaurant has on its bar menu or it comes in an entree portion. The crowd couldn’t get enough
House #6 – “The Lilleigh Monroe” built by Preston Homes was all about family and the delicious and creative donuts from O’doodle Doos Donuts. Cherry, vanilla, and lemon filled were decorated for Halloween including monsters, ghosts, and spooky fall trees.
Take a look at some of the other shots of the evening and make sure to check out Homearama this weekend as they are celebrating Brats, Beer, and Boats with some fun events.
