Rose & Womble New Homes Agent Nell Gallagher loves showing families the beautiful homes available at Saddlebrook Estates in Suffolk, VA. As the site manager she has a large part in helping buyers determine which house is the best choice.
“The homes start in the mid 200s and buyers feel like they can get more value in Suffolk, more space,” says Nell.
Located near Kings Grant, the equisterian community has walking trails, large lots, and great features growing families are looking for in a home.
“New home communities are fun because I’m part of helping create a neighborhood. I love showing buyers all the options to really get the look they want. It’s about as custom home a buyer can get without buying land and building the house themselves,” Nell says.
Nell has been an Associate Broker since 1981. She joined Rose & Womble last November because of the company’s reputation within the Hampton Roads community.
“I was really impressed with the type of agents Rose & Womble has,” Nell says, “that was one of the main reasons I wanted to join the company. Everything they [Rose & Womble] offers, the marketing assistances, reputation, and you just never hear bad things about their agents.”

“Sometimes I need to stay later or come in early, but I don’t mind because I want to offer the best service to my buyers,” says Nell.
