Our New Homes Specialist, Jen Barkan, is proud to host a weekly social media chat called #AskJenLive! Each week, Jen brings an adoptable dog with her while she features an available new home or new homes community. As if that isn’t cool enough, each new homes builder sponsors the dog by paying for its adoption fees once a suitable owner is found!
This week, #AskJenLive visited the new homes community of Bridlewood Estates in Suffolk, Virginia.
Here is Jen’s recap from her travels:
Say Hi to Rocky! This big ol boy has literally stolen my heart in seconds. He’s a 2 yr old mastiff/pittie mix and is super calm and sweet. In fact, he immediately closed his eyes when we got in the car. And he’s camera shy, bless his heart! Rocky prefers to be the only child in his new home. We’re headed out to the country to see our custom homes at Bridlewood Estates in Suffolk; an equestrian friendly community. Wonder if Rocky will like the horses?

I just love this home! It feels good when you enter, know what I mean? The kitchen is stunning too! Rocky is making himself at home in the main living space that’s the heart of the home.
The next featured home today is located at 207 Bridlewood Lane, and is the Citation floor plan. This home is stunning and features lots of natural light!
Loving this bonus room in the Citation! Move in Ready! The Citation has a light & bright feel to it!
Ok Hampton Roads we need your help settling a bet! Which color scheme/flooring do you prefer? The darker flooring in the Secretariat or the lighter option in our Citation? Please comment below! Rocky is yawning!
