#AskJenLive visits Washington Arms in Chesapeake

Our New Homes Specialist, Jen Barkan, is proud to host a weekly social media chat called #AskJenLive! Each week, Jen brings an adoptable dog with her while she features an available new home or new homes community. As if that isn’t cool enough, each new homes builder sponsors the dog by paying for its adoption fees once a suitable owner is found!

This week, #AskJenLive visited the new homes community of Washington Arms, located in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Here is Jen’s recap from her travels:

Meet Willis! He’s a 2 year old pup looking for his new home! He’s very shy and sweet and from what I hear is a bit of an escape artist. His home needs a tall fence to keep him safe. We’re off to see our homes at Washington Arms Condominiums in Chesapeake!

About the Area:

Today I am here at Washington Arms Condominiums located in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake, Virginia. This area has a lot to offer for all ages and interests! Some of my favorites include the Deep Creek City Park, BrickHeadZ LLC Play and Party Center,Big Ugly Brewing Company and multiple golf courses such as the Chesapeake Golf Club and Battlefield Golf Club and more!

About the Community:

Washington Arms Condominiums feature a number of floor plans to suit your needs. Floor plans have 3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms and range from 1,752-1,810 square feet.

Willis is making himself at home here in our Citizen model at Washington Arms Condominiums!

Today’s featured home is available now, located at 2820 Gavin Road, listed at $204,475. Check out the great included features!

I love that the upstairs bedroom has the option of being a 2nd master suite with private bath! A dual master is great for multi generational families.

Willis may never want to leave!

About the Builder:

Today’s featured builder is Widener Corporation, whose motto is “We Build the Homes. You Build the Memories.” Widener Corporation focuses on maximizing the livability of every home they build. They define livability as “how efficiently and enjoyably you can do what you need to manage your family’s day-to-day activities based on the features and floor plan your home provides.”
