Our New Homes Specialist, Jen Barkan, is proud to host a weekly social media chat called #AskJenLive! Each week, Jen brings an adoptable dog with her while she features an available new home or new homes community. As if that isn’t cool enough, each new homes builder sponsors the dog by paying for its adoption fees once a suitable owner is found!
Here is Jen’s recap from her travels this Fall:
My first #AskJenLive of the Fall was at Washington Arms in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake. This community has great included features, with homes starting in the high $100s. For more info visit my blog feature here.
My next #AskJenLive session this season was hosted all the way in Dallas, TX! While in town attending a New Homes marketing conference, I was lucky to visit the local SPCA. Read more about my trip here.
In October, our team was excited to participate in the #HRVA #Homearama! I was happy to host an #AskJenLive session covering FAQs for the big event.
Next up in today’s Fall #AskJenLive recap: my visit to Augusta at Centerville Commons in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake. This community features 3-6 bedroom homes from the high $300s. Plus, I brought along Babette (pictured above) from the Norfolk SPCA. Learn more here.
Kicking off November, my 1st #AskJenLive of the month was at Kings Fork Farm in Suffolk. This community is a family-friendly community with tons of perks and amenities! My pal Elaine from the Norfolk SPCA (pictured above) had a blast during our visit!
My next #AskJenLive of the Fall Season was at Saddlebrook Estates for a very special #VeteransDay tribute honoring our local military in #HRVA. I even made a new, unexpected Veteran friend that day, read more here.
Later in November, #AskJenLive visited Seasons at Cahoon Plantation in Chesapeake. This community has 2 remaining homes and great incentives!
To prep for Thanksgiving, I hosted #AskJenLive from my very own home, to discuss the nuances of an older kitchen. Plus, I featured some of my favorite kitchens by our #newhomes builders. Read all about it here.
Kicking off my first December #AskJenLive, I visited the Norfolk SPCA to cover the reasons to #AdoptNotShop this holiday season. Plus I featured some adorable adoptable pups!
Closing out today’s recap, my most recent #AskJenLive was last week’s trip to Bob White Landing in Suffolk. This community boasts a rural setting, with 3 remaining homes.
