Liz Livernois is never one to back down from a challenge. Throughout her real estate career she has helped close out two large condo projects during the worse real estate market in recent history, built a strong client base of referral and repeat clients, and sold $20 million dollars of real estate while pregnant with her first child.
Now, Liz is going to be featured in an upcoming episode of HGTV’s popular program HouseHunters.
The second Rose & Womble REALTOR© to be featured on the program Liz really enjoyed the experience of taping and also helping her clients find their perfect home.
“Being a Realtor comes with incredible responsibility and one that I don’t take lightly. Remember to have fun though because you get to meet a lot of great people that will stay with you throughout your entire career. It’s pretty incredible when I think back to the people I’ve had the opportunity to work with,” said Liz.
Luckily for client Liz didn’t let a slow real estate market stop her growth. Since 2004 Liz has been in HRRA’s Circle of Excellence Awards. She was also the Rose & Womble New Homes Rookie of the Year, a National Silver Award Rookie of the Year, and has been nominated for National Sales Person of the Year from the Builders Marketing Society. Not one to wait for things to happen, Liz is currently working on obtaining her Brokers license – all while working full time and taking care of her 18 month old daughter.
“I love spending time with my daughter Parker. Kris [her husband] and I have a pretty active life. I love anything outdoors. Running, going to the gym, biking and going to First Landing State Park. We live at the Oceanfront and enjoy going to the beach and taking Parker to play in the sand and the water,” said Liz.
